FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemical technology, in particular to lacquer coatings, which have the property of restoration or self-repair and are used as decorative and protective coatings on metal products operating in atmospheric conditions. Composition includes epoxy diane resin with a molecular weight of 390–430 g/mol, glyphtal resin No. 188 A, epoxy diane resin with a molecular weight of 800–1,100 g/mol, chlorinated polyvinylchloride resin with a molecular weight of 31,000–57,000 g/mol, plasticizer dibutyl phthalate, MT-GSHM microtalc filler, titanium dioxide pigment P, a mixture of iron oxide pigments red, yellow and black, organic solvents P-4, butyl acetate, ethyl cellosolve.
EFFECT: composition is applied to the metal surface by the method of pneumatic spraying and, under mechanical action, it is able to repair cuts and cracks on its own, similar to clay.
