SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to a polypeptide biomarker of the effectiveness of the use of an FGFR inhibitor in the treatment of bladder cancer and lung cancer, which can be used in medicine.
EFFECT: use of a hybrid polypeptide in accordance with the present invention as a biomarker in the treatment of malignant tumours, based on the FGFR inhibitor, enables to avoid side effects during the treatment of a malignant neoplasm and to monitor the therapeutic state of the patient to obtain the best therapeutic effect in comparison with known therapeutic agents.
