CAGE DEVICE FOR RABBIT HUTCH Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A01K1/02

Abstract RU 2673958 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the farming branch of agriculture, in particular to rabbit breeding, namely, to cage devices with the provision of high sanitary and hygienic requirements. Cage device for rabbit management is made in the form of a longline frame and includes rear ones, side and front walls of the frame, doorways with grills, top cover, slatted floor with slotted openings and pallets with exhaust holes. Cage device is made in the form of a vertical multi-storey system of supporting deck platforms for the longline arrangement of cages in the form of parallel planes with marching multi-stage staircases with passage openings in them and hinged monolithic on the support pipe side racks with edging fences around the perimeter of each storey deck platform. Bindings of each frame of the tiered cages, the floor frame of each cage and the frame of the pallets are located on the paired supporting corner elements in a tight relationship with the uprights. One of the pillars is equipped with a semi-active console, in which the pull-out floor of each cage is designed as a set of flat planks with a bevel of the upper surface of not more than 30°, framing the edges of the coating and orientation in the direction of the general functional areas and with a regulated interval for the formation of slotted openings in the direction of the general position of the surfaces. Floor is interconnected with the drain plinths. Crevice surface of the floor is made with an inclination due to the heel installed under one of the sides of a part of the floor of each cage and providing inclined elevation diagonally of the slit floor relative to opposite corners in one corner. Pallet of each cage is made retractable with the frame in proportion to its size and is located in the free zone of the internal volume of cages in a rigid mutual orientation, largest necessary and sufficient proximity within the boundaries of the flat-concave cattle of its walls, with openings spaced apart in the promotion of the main mass of excrement and urine in the general collection of receptions. Shape and layout of each retractable pallet in the bottom zone is made in the form of mutually-oriented conjugation of surfaces over the free zone of the internal volume of each cage with holes in a staggered pattern and has a sheet substrate with supporting inserts.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of ensuring the sanitary and hygienic conditions of rabbit management and reducing the complexity of their maintenance.
