FIELD: poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: battery has tier carcass formed from transverse frames interconnected by profiled longitudinal beams, and cages mounted on carcass. Cages are defined by detachable gauze panels with brackets and inclined floor. Rigidity ribs are positioned under floor gauze. Cage door is made rimmed and is suspended by means of curved brackets on longitudinal rod extending along tier front edge for rotation about rod and sliding in horizontal plane within cage. Lower rim of closed door is positioned in slot between feeder and restrictor fixed on vertical poles at inward part of cage. Restrictor is made stepped and disposed above floor surface at height exceeding egg size. Modules with bird dung removal belt conveyor drive and conveyor belt cleaning scrapers are arranged at carcass ends. EFFECT: improved poultry keeping conditions, simplified construction and reduced egg breakage. 4 cl, 3 dwg
