FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to methods for preparing foodstuffs from insect larvae for animals, namely, to dietary feeding of a honey bee. Composition of the preserved homogenate larvae of a large coniferous moth includes sorbic acid and succinic acid at pH 4.5, glucose, fructose, and a homogenate of the larvae of a greater wax moth (Galleria mellonella L.). All components are taken in a defined ratio.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to enrich the diet of a honey bee with proteins.
