FIELD: motor vehicle industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry, to the road facilities system and, in particular, can be used for the automobiles and road trains weight characteristics monitoring. Scales contain load cells, weighing platform and foundation, which is made of located in the pit two-tier building panels, which longitudinal channels are made through with filled with concrete internal metal pipes. Panels contour is compressed with the metal strip, at which corners is inclined, with contact with the weight measuring panel the exit limiting metal pipes are welded in. On the upper slab panel corners surface recesses are made to metal pipes, to which the horizontal plates are welded, with strain gages placed thereon, on which a weighing platform is laid. Method consists in the fact that for the scales installation making a pit to the construction floor panels size with a depth equal to the sum of the heights of two floor panels, horizontal plates, strain gauges and the weight measuring panel. Before the floor panels laying, the ground base is aligned with the horizon, rammed, after which the floor panels, strain gauges and weighing platform are laid, by the scales corners tilted to the scales center restrictive metal pipes are welded in.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the scales design and their installation simplification.
