FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the belt transmission and to the such a belt transmission technical condition monitoring method, and, in particular, it concerns a so-called toothed or synchronizer belt and its technical condition monitoring method. Belt (R) and the pulley (M, U) are marked (K1, K2), respectively, and the belt (R) and the pulley (M, U) are set relative to each other so that with the belt (R) passage through the pulley (M, U), the belt (R) and the pulley (M, U) markings (K1, K2) were located at the operation point exactly opposite each other, at that, performing the following steps: a) fixing the operation point by means of a tracking device (K2), wherein the tracking device (K2) generates signal when the markings (K1, K2) are located at the operation point; b) fixing the number of signals (X) for the certain passed time period; and c) determining the loads on the belt (R) or the pulley (M, U) for the passed time period based on the number of issued signals (X) corresponding to the number of belt (R) turns, taking into account of the relevant impact factors.
EFFECT: development of the belt transmission and its technical condition monitoring method, in a simple way providing the possibility of obtaining measurement results for determining loads, to which the belt was subjected to during operational use, to ensure the possibility to predict the belt remaining life.
