FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heat-insulated container, preferably a refrigeration or freezer, comprises a vacuum insulating body located between the cooled inner space and the wall. Body of vacuum insulation includes a vacuum-dense shell that surrounds the vacuumed region, in which the core material is located, which is a powdered perlite, the filling of which is produced without fluidization. Shell has a hole covered with a vacuum-tight protective film to fill it with a core material. Shell with the edge region protruding toward the opening is bent inward and then outward. Shell is provided in an auxiliary structure protruding toward the opening of the edge region, to which the edge region adjoins to form a flat surface. Outward bent region and the area of the protective film are vacuum-tightly connected around the perimeter.
EFFECT: reliable welding of the shell hole is carried out.
