SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoelectrically cooled or heated vessels. Refrigerating and/or freezing device comprises cooled or heated inner space and thermoelectric element, in particular, Peltier element for creation of cold or heat in internal space. Thermoelectric element is located between two heat-conducting solid bodies, of which one or both with increasing distance to thermoelectric element have increasing cross-section area. Vessel has as vacuum insulation of inner space vacuum insulation, which completely or partially surrounds cooled inner space, wherein it is provided that thermoelectric element and both solid bodies are located in insulating layer.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and durability of vacuum insulation of vessel.
