FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Fuel feed system includes a fuel feed arrangement, comprising a sleeve configured to be connected to the adapter of the blasting pipe of the blast furnace; hollow rotary element rotatably placed in the sleeve and having a main end through which fuel enters the internal cavity of the rotary element; tube connected to the other end of the rotating element and containing a front end through which the fuel enters the blast furnace, and said end is located near the blast furnace; drive unit, rotating the rotary element; control unit placed separately from the fuel feed unit and controlling the drive unit operation for fuel supply so as to rotate the rotary element and the said tube.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing the production load for the lance operating platform’s worker.
