FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to the means for spinal surgery for transpedicular spinal fixation. Ultrasonic pediculate awl in the first embodiment is made in the form of a stylet, on the tip of which a piezoelectric ultrasound transceiver is placed, and the handle of the stylet with a transducer located inside it, equipped with a sound signaling device, and a generator of electrical impulses connected to a power source, while the low pass filter is installed between the piezoelectric transceiver of ultrasound and the generator of electric pulses, made with the possibility of controlling the frequency by means of a manual frequency regulator placed on the stylet handle, and the power source is equipped with a pressure connector for charging placed on the stylet handle. In the second embodiment, a connector connected to the transducer is additionally placed on the handle of the stylet.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows reducing the number of undesirable vertebral damages when laying channels for pediculate screws in it.
