FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotating electrical machines, in particular, to a method for manufacturing a rotor of an electric machine with permanent magnets. Electric machine comprises an annular stator with a multiphase winding distributed around the circumference and a cylindrical rotor, the bimetallic core of which is made from bimetallic sheets. Sheet consists of two (or three) parts connected by welding: the outer part is made of a magnetically conductive material, the inner part is made of a nonmagnetic material. In the case of assembling sheets of three parts: the outer and inner parts of the ferromagnetic, nonmagnetic middle. Inside the core there are holes for installing poles with permanent magnets.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the power of synchronous machines with permanent magnets.
