FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing complex organic fertilizers with amino acids based on whey, including as the basis of fertilizer whey concentrate containing 18÷30 % solids, namely lactose, proteins, organic acids and vitamins, in which ammonium nitrate, urea, potassium dihydrophosphate, potassium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, copper sulfate and zinc form a balanced set, which consists in obtaining whey concentrate by gradually increasing content of dry substances in the initial solution using lyophilization methods, ultrafiltration or freezing, obtaining free amino acids and peptides by enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins contained in concentrate, and filtering resulting composition to a transparent and stable during storage solution.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain product with high efficiency when used in low dosages, stable during storage, not containing heavy metals, suitable for root and foliar feeding of plants, as well as for pre-sowing treatment of seeds by spraying or soaking, as well as to provide possibility of utilization of whey.
