SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials grinding devices. Mill includes cylindrical grinding chamber (1) with grinding bodies, installed with the help of elastic elements (6) on base (7). Mill is equipped with bracket (5) and at least one hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder (2) with three-way air distribution valve (3) and moving mechanism (4). Hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder (2) is installed with the possibility of creating grinding chamber (1) vibrating rod (8) on bracket (5). Hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder (2) is mounted allowing to change vibration exposure direction.

EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability of operation, durability and performance of the vibratory mill, as well as the ability to control the amplitude of vibration, the efficiency and degree of grinding of the material.
