FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibrational mill comprises a boot (2) and discharge (19) tubes. On the elastic supports (5, 6) mounted vertical grinding chamber (1) with grinding bodies of different diameters. On the side walls located opposite unbalance shafts (3, 4) with actuators. Unbalanced shafts are arranged to change the direction and speed. The platform (9) mounted on the springs (7, 8) on the top wall of the grinding chamber. The site contains the unbalanced vibrator (10) with a drive. Unbalanced vibrator is adapted to change the direction and speed. For spring-loaded platform there is a rigidly fixed frame (13). On the frame, the chain curtain is installed. Chain curtain is formed as a series of hanging vertical chains (16). The lower ends of the chains are attached to the bottom wall of the grinding chamber. The rows of vertical rows of chains are connected to horizontal chain (17).
EFFECT: preventing the segregation of the grinding media and the increase in the intensity of their movement enhances the fineness of the crushed material.
