SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of transportation and storage of various goods, including bulk and packaged goods, in particular to containers and devices used for these purposes, designed to control the loading and unloading processes of these containers. Container includes body, fittings and cover. Cover contains the first flap and the second flap, with the first flap mounted on the upper bead of the first side wall of the housing with the possibility of rotation around the axis of attachment of the first flap and is provided with at least one means of engaging the first flap, adapted to engage with at least one means of rotating the flap. Cover also contains a second flap mounted on the upper side of the second side wall of the housing for rotation around the axis of attachment of the second flap and provided with at least one means of engaging the second flap configured to engage with at least one means of rotating the flap. Device and method of controlling the lid of the specified container is also proposed.
