FIELD: coal industry.

SUBSTANCE: to fill container with loose load and discharge load from container two-fold roof should be opened. Opening and closing can be done either using pneumatic drive coupled with gear rack or manually by rotating rack-and-pinion gear-also coupled with gear rack. Gear-rack couples two loops formed by wire ropes and folds of roof. Gear rack is moved upwards by pneumatic cylinder or by rotating rack-and-pinion gear, and both folds of roof coupled with gear rack by wire ropes move along shaped guides over side walls. Closing of folds is done similarly when gear rack is moved downwards carrying and short-time storing of loose load, particularly, screened coal, in closed containers makes it possible to preserve quality of fuel, improved ecological characteristics at transportation as compared with carrying of coal in open-top cars.

EFFECT: no adverse effect on environment, provision of preservation of quality of screened coal.
