SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing, grinding and hardening processing of parts in a free granular medium and can be used in mechanical engineering. Device contains a container mounted on a platform, elastically mounted on the frame. Container is made spiral in the form of a hollow tunnel with a multiple spiral surface, along the perimeter of a container rolled up on a spiral axis around the central straight line axis, having helical grooves inside and outside at an angle to the spiral axis of the container in the form of pockets with three or more lateral sides. Container is assembled from sections in the form of rings of the same shape and size, rolled from identical diamond-shaped bands, on which trapezoidal elements are placed, the upper and lower bases of which are located at an acute angle to the axis of symmetry of the strip and are the bend lines. Sections are connected to each other by the sides of the trapezoidal elements.

EFFECT: result of the invention is the expanded technological capabilities of the device and the intensity of machining of parts increases.
