FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing feedstuffs. Unit comprises a drum, loading and unloading devices. Drum is rigidly mounted on the platform with a vibrator arranged horizontally under the platform; it is spiral and made from hollow perforated tunnel with multithread helical perforated surface along the perimeter of spiral filter coiled along spiral axis O₁-O₁ around central rectilinear axis O₂-O₂. Drum filter is equipped with helical grooves, located inside at an angle to its spiral axis in the form of curved pockets with centers of curvature, located inside the cross-section of the hollow perforated tunnel. Drum is assembled of sections that are perforated rings identical in shape and size and coiled from identical diamond shaped perforated strips, which hold trapezes, lateral sides of which are located on lateral sides of perforated diamond strip; upper and lower bases of trapeze are at acute angles to axis of symmetry of diamond shaped strip O₃-O₃ and are flexure lines, located from each other at distances equal to the length of curved pockets along the inner perforated surface of perforated hollow tunnel of spiral filter. Ring sections are interconnected by lateral sides of trapezes.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to expand technological capabilities of the unit for preparing feedstuffs.
