FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to systems for incorporating friction clutches. System of smooth inclusion of the clutch of the gear reducer contains a piston in the control cavity, oil sump, control pump, valves, oil accumulator and oil lines. Injection of the control pump is connected to the inlet branch pipe of the three-way valve. First outlet of this valve is connected to the control cavity of the friction clutch with hydraulic control, and its second outlet pipe is connected to the oil sump. Oil line between the three-way valve and the control cavity of the friction clutch, hydraulically controlled, is connected to the lower part of the oil chamber of the oil accumulator by the oil line. In this oil pipeline the bypass valve is installed with the possibility of opening towards the oil accumulator and another oil pipeline with a check valve in it is made into the bypass of the bypass valve. Valve is installed with the possibility of opening to the side of the oil pipeline to the control cavity of the friction clutch with hydraulic control.
EFFECT: enabling higher reliability.
