FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to medicament for treatment of celiac disease based on tritikain-α. Drug containing tritikain-α, mannitol, PVP, microcrystalline cellulose 102, Lykatab C, magnesium stearate, taken in certain amounts. Method for preparation of a medicament for treatment of celiac disease, which consists in the fact that a tritikain-α additives mannitol and polyvinylpyrrolidone are added. 12,600 (PVP), stirred, frozen under certain conditions, lyophilized, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) 102 and Lykatab-C are added, mixed until homogeneous, lyophilisate is added, magnesium stearate is added to the resulting mixture, mixed in a mixer under certain conditions.
EFFECT: proposed method for preparation of a medicament for treatment of celiac disease improves the technical properties of tritikain-α, which allows the creation of a suitable dosage form for oral administration.
