SUBSTANCE: remote psychological assistance includes psychodiagnostics of the patient’s mental state and psychological correction using remote communication tools. Psychodiagnostics of psychological problems is carried out by the patient independently through testing without using contact with a psychologist, with the clarification of the patient's sensory preferences with the definition on their basis of the number and type of sensory stimuli in all sensory perception channels that cause the patient's most pleasant impressions. Based on the results of psychodiagnostics for the patient, a set of items is selected remotely for the patient to undergo an auto-training course. Set of items includes auto-training text, the mentioned sensory stimuli for sensory perception channels, tools for their use, and instructions for use. Remotely provide the patient with a selected kit for conducting the patient’s own training, and the patient conducts the patient’s own training using this kit. Psychodiagnostics is performed anonymously.
EFFECT: problem solving is achieved in mental states and dependencies, correction of problem social behavior.
