SUBSTANCE: invention refers to paediatrics, concerns a method for correction of psychosomatic disorders in pre-school children, and may be used in pre-school educational institutions, child health centres, rehabilitation convalescent hospitals, health resorts and other sanitary institutions. Psychosomatic disorders in pre-school children and their mothers are corrected by assessing a degree of neuropsychic disorders and an incidence of respiratory diseases in a child. If having detected a high degree of neuropsychic disorders and a high incidence of respiratory diseases causing by psychosomatic disorders, sequential family psychotherapy is conducted for 1.5-2 hours once a week for 2 weeks, individual psychotherapy for 30-40 minutes once a week for 5 weeks and group psychocorrection for 1-1.5 hours once a week for 5 weeks within the therapeutic course of 12 weeks. Additionally, the mothers whose children undergo psychocorrection are diagnosed for neuropsychic disorders of the neuropsychic state. There are used sequential family psychotherapy for 1.5-2 hours once a week for 2 weeks, individual psychotherapy for 1.5-2 hours once a week for 2 weeks and group psychocorrection for 1.5-2 hours once a week for 5 weeks within the therapeutic course of 9 weeks, with psychocorrection conducted in the children and the mothers conducted simultaneously on the same days of week.
EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of prevention of acute respiratory diseases in the pre-school children, providing a reduced level of incidence of acute respiratory diseases and a degree of neuropsychic disorders, recovering cell protection mechanisms of upper airway mucosa with no complications and side effects.
