SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry, particularly to construction of overhead transmission lines and earthing devices. Mobile complex for measuring electrical parameters of the earth for the grounding devices of electrical installations contains a drilling machine with a metal frame, on which the cabin is located, the mechanism for immersion, a screw anchor in the form of a rod with a drill head, a measuring element. There is a measuring device with multiple inputs in the cabin of the drilling machine, along with an additional mechanism for immersion and extraction, a coil for winding a wire. Measuring element is made in the form of three measuring electrodes, two potential and one current. Wires of the second potential electrode and the current electrode are laid through a coil for winding the wire, with the first potential electrode mounted on an additional immersion and extraction mechanism. In addition, a rod with a drill head was used as an additional current electrode, and a metal frame of a drilling machine was used as an electrical conductor, through which a rod with a drill head communicated with the corresponding input of the measuring device.
EFFECT: technical result is the ability to use when measuring electrical parameters of the earth for grounding devices of a mobile complex for measuring electrical parameters of earth for grounding devices of electrical installations.
