FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a coating material for producing a barrier layer on bases from thermoplastics or polymer composites. Coating material contains a hydroxy-functional binder component and an aliphatic isocyanate-containing curing component, the binder component contains aqueous polymer dispersions containing copolymers of fluorinated ethylene and vinyl ethers, hollow glass bodies, as well as inorganic fillers and/or inorganic pigments. Coating material can be used in coating systems for priming substrates of polymeric materials or bases of polymeric composite materials on a fiber basis.
EFFECT: resulting coatings have an improved surface, in particular a smoother surface.
