FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used for production of coatings resistant to erosion. Proposed is a composition containing a binding component and a hardening component, wherein the binding component contains at least one trifunctional polycaprolactone polyol, or at least one polycarbonate diol, or at least one trifunctional polycaprolactone polyol and a polycarbonate diol, and the hardening component contains at least one crystallisation-resistant prepolymer with isocyanate functional groups synthesised through the reaction of 1,5-diisocyanatopentane and/or 1,6-diisocyanatohexane with (A) at least one complex polyester polyol with an average functionality between 1.9 and 2.3 and an average molar mass between 300 and 3000 g/mol, and with (B) at least one complex polycaprolactone polyester with an average functionality between 2.0 and 3.0 and an average molar mass between 176 and 2000 g/mol, wherein the complex polyester polyol (A) is synthesised through a reaction of one or more dicarboxylic acids or anhydrides selected from succinic acid, succinic anhydride, glutaric acid, adipinic acid, pimelic acid, siberic acid, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, decanedicarboxylic acid, maleic acid, maleic anhydride, fumaric acid, itaconic acid, itaconic anhydride, hexahydrophthalic acid, hexahydrophthalic anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic acid and tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, which can be used separately or in form of any mixtures with each other, with one or more polyfunctional alcohols containing at least 30% wt. branched aliphatic diols relative to the total amount of used polyfunctional alcohols. Also proposed is an application of the described composition for production of an anti-erosion coating and an element with a coating produced from the described composition.
EFFECT: proposed composition allows obtaining improved anti-erosion coatings with improved manufacturability and increased resistance to weather impact.
