FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless cellular communication, in particular to a multi-antenna system (MAS) with multi-user (MU) transmissions (“MU-MAS”), using inter-cell multiplexing gain through spatial processing to increase throughput. Over the past three decades, worldwide, the wireless cellular market has seen a growth in the number of subscribers, accompanied by an increase in demand for better services and a shift from voice data to web browsing and streaming high definition (HD) video in real time. This growing demand for services that require higher data rates, lower latency and increased reliability stimulates the rapid development of wireless technologies through various standards.
EFFECT: systems and methods for using inter-cell multiplexing gain in wireless cellular systems using distributed input-distributed output technology are proposed.
