SEED-FERTILIZER, WIDE-CUT, MOBILE SEEDING MACHINE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A01C7/06

Abstract RU 2675500 C1

FIELD: agriculture; engineering.

SUBSTANCE: seed-fertilizer wide-cut mobile seeding machine comprises a base frame with rear support wheels, a seeding mechanism with trenchers and containers for seed, inflexibly connected to the base frame, front frame with quick-release wheels and a system for aggregating a tractor with a seeding machine to ensure its operation in trailed, semi-mounted, transport and operating modes. Side frames with sowing mechanisms with trenchers and containers for seed are connected with the base frame, on one container on both sides folding or retractable stands are mounted for attachment of quick-release wheels. Rear supporting wheels are removable, and for the base frame and semi-frames with seeding mechanisms, the seeding machine has removable support-driving rollers. Each of the support-driving rollers has drag bars for their hinged joint in chessboard order with the base frame and with the corresponding semi-frame seeding machine, which are equipped with brackets. Wherein the support-driving rollers are made in the form of spirals from a pipe with a diameter of ¾ inch, with a rough surface. Spirals are rigidly connected by means of spokes with the shafts, which are equipped with bearing assemblies. Support-driving rollers of the base frame and semi-frames on the one side are made with right-wound spirals, and support-drive rollers of the base frame and semi-frames on the other side are made with left-wound spirals. Shafts of the support-driving rollers on the base frame are further equipped with drive sprockets for driving the seeding mechanisms of the seeding machine. On both sides of the other side semi-frame located opposite to the horizontal relative to the semi-frames with folding or retractable stands for attachment of the quick-release wheels, folding or retractable stands for mounting the removable rear support wheels are mounted. Brackets for removable support-driving rollers are installed on the sides of the semi-frames.

EFFECT: invention will expand the functionality and improve the efficiency of soil treatment.
