FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combined seeding unit has wheel tractor with front and rear wheels. Within wheel space there are seed and fertilizer hopper with seeding apparatuses. Tire treads of front and rear wheels are mounted on wheel rims. Tire treads of front wheels are used as shares, and tire treads of rear wheels are used as covering rollers. Shaft of seeding apparatuses is kinematically connected with rear wheel. Surface of each tire is formed by rotation of curved arc around axis of rotation of wheel. Chain line used as curved arc is described by equation: y=(α/2)(ex/α=e-x/α)-α, where α is parameter of chain line; x is current coordinate of point in OX axis in rectangular coordinate system; y is current coordinate of point in OY axis. Seeding apparatus shaft drive mechanism is formed as additional pneumatic wheel of smaller size joined with rear wheel surface. Pneumatic wheel is positioned at rear end of rotating beam. Front end of beam is mounted by means of rotating pin on hopper side wall. Mid portion of beam is connected to side wall of hopper through power cylinder for moving pneumatic wheel to operating and non-operating position. Kinematic connection of shaft of seeding apparatuses with rear wheel is made in the form of two closed drive chain contours. First chain contour is located on sprockets mounted on pneumatic wheel hub and on block of sprockets disposed on shaft for rotating front end of beam. Second chain contour is mounted on said block of sprockets and on sprocket of seeding apparatus shaft. Each tire rim for mounting on front and rear wheel hubs is defined by middle single-groove cylindrical carcass and two annular sections equipped with multiple-groove slots, with edges of said sections being framed with round-section rings. Inner annular section is equipped with mounting disk for mounting onto pneumatic wheel hub. Outer annular section is provided with aperture for leading out of pneumatic casing nipple.
EFFECT: provision for producing of stable sprouts from sown cereal crop seeds on soils with low carrier capability in early spring period.
