SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication. In the retransmission buffer the terminal stores the DL (downlink) data, transmitted by each of the plurality of component carriers, decodes the DL data and transmits, using the first component carrier, response signal for the first DL data, received using the first component carrier, and the response signal for the second DL data, received using the second component carrier. Buffer is divided into corresponding to the HARQ (hybrid automatic request for retransmission) processes areas, based on the value determined by the first configuration pattern combination, set on the first component carrier and the second configuration pattern, set on the second component carrier.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling of gain when coding by HARQ for all DL HARQ processes, when the UL-DL configuration is different for the multiple component carriers.
