Maximum number of downlink repeat HARQ processes is determined according to a configuration reference pattern which is determined according to the first and second configuration patterns.

EFFECT: providing amplification when encoding by HARQ (hybrid automatic request for retransmission) for all DL (downlink) of HARQ-processes, when UL-DL configuration differs for multiple component carriers.
