SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Base station transmits downlink data transmitted by each of the plurality of component carriers and receives, using the first component carrier, a response signal for first and second downlink data received by a terminal which stores retransmitted data from first and second data in a program buffer. Maximum number of downlink repeat HARQ processes is determined according to a configuration reference pattern which is determined according to the first and second configuration patterns.
EFFECT: providing amplification when encoding by HARQ (hybrid automatic request for retransmission) for all DL (downlink) of HARQ-processes, when UL-DL configuration differs for multiple component carriers.
