FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction, in particular to methods for supplying waterproofing compositions to eliminate water leaks in a waterproofing array. Method of hydraulic injection of the waterproofing composition during the work on the internal ground protection of construction objects includes preliminary drilling of bore-holes in the waterproofing massif and injection of the waterproofing composition into them under pressure. For injection, a waterproofing composition is used, including dry ingredients containing natural finely dispersed bentonite-montmorillonite minerals, natural fine fractionated silicon dioxide, sodium polyacrylate or acrylic water-absorbing polymer of AK series and anionic polyacrylamide with a molecular mass of not less than 15 million in the following ratio of components, wt. %: natural fine-dispersed bentonite-montmorillonite minerals 10–99, natural fine-fraction silicon dioxide 0–89.9, sodium polyacrylate or acrylic water-absorbing polymer of AK series 0.1–50, anionic polyacrylamide 0–30. Injection is carried out under a pressure of 0.1–2 MPa with the help of pumping equipment, which has the ability to interact with the mixing chamber, communicated with the capacity of the dry waterproofing composition and the capacity with water, and is designed to produce a viscoelastic waterproofing mixture, the injection of which into the bore-holes is carried out at a primary pressure of not more than 0.1 MPa, followed by increasing the pressure until reaching 2 MPa, after which a zone with an isolated area not less than 5–10 cm thick is formed in the waterproofing massif, and the time required for activation is 20–30 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the quality and reliability of the internal protection of construction objects, ensuring environmental friendliness when carrying out waterproofing works, expanding the possibility of using components of waterproofing composition and carrying out work to eliminate water leaks in a waterproofing array.
