FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the purification of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from molecular sulfur, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide and can be used in gas, oil, petrochemical and other industries. Installation includes a pipeline for supplying raw materials to a device for fine cleaning of raw materials, equipped with an entrance for feeding raw materials, an entrance for supplying a regenerated absorbent solution, an output of purified raw materials and an output of a saturated absorbent solution. Output of the purified raw material from the fine cleaning apparatus is connected to the mixer and then to the settling tank, equipped with the output of the purified raw material and the output of the aqueous phase, having an additional outlet connected to the absorbent regeneration unit. Apparatus for fine cleaning of raw materials is provided with an additional outlet of the circulating absorbent solution connected to the inlet for supplying the regenerated absorbent solution. Output of a saturated solution of absorbent from the apparatus for fine cleaning of raw materials is connected with an additionally installed settling tank-degasser, equipped with an output of a saturated solution of absorbent, connected to an absorbent regeneration unit, and the output of the captured hydrocarbon phase, connected to the pipeline supply of raw materials. Setting-tank is equipped with an additional input for supplying the prepared water, the output of the aqueous phase from the setting-tank is connected to the mixer, and an additional withdrawal of the aqueous phase is connected to the output of a saturated solution of absorbent from the setting-tank and degasser before the absorbent regeneration unit.
EFFECT: invention allows for the fine purification of hydrocarbon liquids from molecular sulfur, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, to reduce capital and operating costs.
