SUBSTANCE: method of purifying natural gas from impurities relates to gas processing and can be used at gas industry enterprises, in particular, in gas preparation for liquefaction. Invention includes a step of absorption extraction from natural gas of carbon dioxide and methanol with aqueous solution of amine with subsequent regeneration of the latter to obtain regenerated absorbent and acid gas, part of which after condensation in form of acidic water is returned to regenerator, and a step for adsorption drying of purified natural gas with adsorbent regeneration and regeneration gas generation, wherein at the stage of absorption extraction from natural gas of carbon dioxide and methanol to the absorber and regenerator, water which is stripped in an additional rectification column is fed.
EFFECT: method of purifying natural gas from impurities enables to stabilize complex preparation of natural gas with removal of undesirable impurities from it, providing variability of the functioning of production with simultaneous production of methanol as a commercial product.
