SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to a method for lowering a shank into a horizontal well with a large deviation from the vertical. Method includes the descent with rotation from the upper drive into the well bore equipped with roller centralizers of a pipe layout containing lightweight lower sections and a weighted upper section. Down n lightweight lower sections in the well the n-th number of times, each of which is made in the form of a column of glass composite casing. Each of the n downtakes is carried out using a weighted upper section, made in the form of a column of steel thick-walled drill pipes. In the process of each of the n downtakes, the weighted upper section is lowered to the depth up to the beginning of the wellbore deviation section from the vertical, and the downtake of the required number of lightweight lower sections is carried out before the final installation in the required interval of the horizontal part of the wellbore of the said sections as a shank.

EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of the arsenal of technical means for lowering the shank into the horizontal part of the well with a large deviation from the vertical, simplifying the technology of lowering, as well as improving the reliability of the shank installation.
