SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to the layout of the drill and casing strings used in the construction of wells with a large deviation of the bottom hole from the vertical. The pipe string assembly for a well with a large bottomhole deviation from the vertical includes series-connected pipe sections and a guide section attached to the lower part of the first pipe section, and the said pipe string assembly is configured to transfer the set load on the hook of the drilling rig to the bottom of the pipe string, while the weight of one meter of pipes increases from the lower section to the upper one. The total length of the series-connected pipe sections and the guide section must match the total length of the well, while the length of each pipe section is determined in sequence from the bottom section to the top, and the lengths of the first two pipe sections installed above the guide section depend on the axial load on the drilling hook installation, and the length of subsequent pipe sections on the coefficient of friction in the section of the zenith angle.

EFFECT: increased reliability of technological operations due to the use of a pipe layout with the possibility of transferring the established load on the hook of the drilling rig to the bottom of the string.
