SUBSTANCE: first invention relates to a method for loading goods, in particular automobiles and/or goods, into a cargo space located on a vehicle or in a container, delimited by structural elements of at least one road or rail vehicle or a container with goods containing, in particular, automobiles and/or goods, consisting in using a motorized manipulator connected to a vehicle to move cargo from outside the cargo area to the position in which they are loaded onto structural elements in the cargo area and vice versa. Method includes: input or import of primary data on the goods in the logic controller, automatic calculation of the optimal loading position for each load, determination of automatic movements of the motorized manipulator, automatic lifting of the pallet to the storage position inside the cargo area by means of the motorized manipulator and the location of the specified pallet to the loading position in the rear of the vehicle, placing the load on the pallet and automatically moving the pallet supporting the load to its optimum loading position, and blocking it to the elements of the vehicle structure in an automatic way, controlled by an automated system. Second invention relates to a method for unloading a vehicle loaded with the loading method described above. Third invention relates to a device for carrying out loading and unloading methods.
