SUBSTANCE: shock absorber contains the central elastic damping element with the sleeving, made of a rubber array or of a spiral-wound oriented wire. Sleeving is woven from metal or non-metallic threads in one or more rows and is rigidly fixed on the upper and lower bases. Sleeving imparts the additional rigidity in the vertical and horizontal directions, and also serves as the movement limiter in the horizontal directions and in the vertical direction when stretched. Sleeving preloading provides the shock construction height absorber under nominal load.

EFFECT: enabling the equipment effective protection against external vibrations and shocks, of equipment’s own sound vibrations non-proliferation to the foundation and surrounding structures, ensuring the shock absorbers with the elastic-damping element strength, durability and the parameters predictability along all axes and in time, the equipment limited movement relative to the foundation.
