FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sun protection and/or heat insulating glazing. Glazing contains a glass substrate, provided with a package of thin layers, which contains the following layers in order of distance from the glass surface: sublayer or a set of sublayers of dielectric materials; layer based on titanium oxide, comprising silicon, the total atomic ratio of Si/Ti is between 0.01 and 0.25, and in which Si and Ti represent at least 90 % of atoms other than oxygen; covering layer or a set of covering layers of dielectric materials. Layer based on titanium oxide and silicon has a thickness of from 20 to 70 nm.
EFFECT: technical result is the preservation of the optical characteristics of the coating after heat treatment without the appearance of turbidity.
