SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of fastening dowel, in particular for mounting shelves, kitchen cabinets, mirrors, etc. into walls made of aerated concrete and gas silicate. Technical result is achieved in that the method of fastening the dowel includes placing the dowel in the tube connected to the glue gun, inserting a rod in the center hole of the dowel with a coating of fluoroplastic, forcing the melted hot melt into the tube, which is distributed over the external and internal surfaces of the dowel, a layer of 0.7–1.5 mm thick, removing the dowel from the tube and the specified rod from the central hole of the dowel, heating the dowel for 10–15 s and installing it into the pre-drilled hole before hardening hot melt glue.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability of fixing the dowel with the acceleration of installation up to 2–3 minutes.
