FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used in mechanical engineering and related industries. Method includes electrochemical oxidation with a duration of 30–100 minutes in reverse flows of acidic or alkaline electrolyte solutions, wherein oxidation is carried out without the use of special baths, installing parts inside the counter-electrodes of stainless steel, in cavities, the shapes of which correspond to the shapes of the parts, and the dimensions exceed the corresponding external dimensions of parts by 4–10 mm, while electrolyte solutions are passed through these cavities, ensuring their consumption from 0.2 to 5.0 liters per 1 dm2 the area of the oxidized surfaces of the parts and changing the direction of their flow on the opposite, after half the time of oxidation.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality uniform coatings on surfaces of parts with low-tech surface areas.
