FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to a method for restoring the span beams of box-section of bridge cranes. Method of restoring metal beams is to cut the vertical sheets and the upper belt of the box girder. Then the cut metal beam is curved above the design level and wedged in two inserts, then the flying metal beam is returned to the design position. Upper belt of the flying metal beam is restored, and a reinforcing pad is installed on the lower belt of the flying metal beam at the places of the vertical sheets cuts. Inserts are made of sheet metal with a thickness equal to the thickness of the vertical sheets in the form of isosceles trapezium. Geometric characteristics of the inserts.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the carrying capacity.
