SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hygienic devices, in particular to dispensers for dispensing hand wash. Container for hand washing liquid is proposed, which contains outer casing (1), back casing (2), container (3) for storing a liquid, pump (4) for releasing a liquid, pressure plate (5), pressure base (6), two thrust arc plates (7) and module (8) of compression rods. Outer casing (1) and back casing (2) are connected to each other by means of a latch and form an enclosing cavity in which container (3) for storing the liquid, pump (4) of the liquid outlet, pressure base (6) and module (8) compression rods. Container (3) for storing the liquid, pump (4) for releasing the liquid and module (8) of the compression rods are permanently placed on rear casing (2). Upper part of discharge pump (4) is connected to tank (3) for storing the liquid through the fluid outlet tube, and the lower part of fluid outlet pump (4) is movably connected to pressure base (6). Lower part of the front cover of outer casing (1) is made with a hole, and in the area of the hole there is a correspondingly arranged pressure plate (5) movably connected to outer casing (1). One end of each of stop arc plates (7) is fixedly connected to pressure plate (5), and the other end of each of stop arc plates (7) is a concave arc-shaped end that presses against module (8) of the compression rods. Module (8) of compression rods is placed under pressure base (6) and presses the lower part of pressure base (6).

EFFECT: increased productivity and reduced force when releasing fluid under pressure.
