SUBSTANCE: active supercritical steam turbine, including the housing, housing covers with having the end labyrinth seals bushings, mounted into the radial and twin angular-contract thrust bearing rotor, consisting of shaft, on which the first, second and third stages impellers are fixed, first stage guide vane, formed from the evenly spaced nozzles on the housing front cover, fixed in the housing the second and third stages stationary diaphragms with the intermediate labyrinth seal annular grooves on the inner diameter, and the outer diameters are crowns consisting of nozzles, forming, together with spacer bushings, guide vanes of the second and third stages, piping and the steam output branch pipe. Available in the turbine first, second, and third stages guide vanes nozzles are the Laval nozzles, evenly spaced around the circles opposite the active working gratings blades. Mounted into the turbine front cover and evenly spaced circumferentially opposite the first stage active working grating blades Laval nozzles consist of two parts, in the main of which the Laval nozzle profile channel is made, and the auxiliary part is the flat cover, during assembly with the first one forming the nozzle channel missing side.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the turbine design simplification and its size and weight reduction, achieved as a result of the high heat drop processing, characteristic for the gas-vapor mixture supercritical parameters, in the limited (minimal) number of turbine active stages.
