SHEET WATER BLOCK TO CREATE ANTI-AGRESTAL, MULCHING, PRECIPITATION COLLECTING AND CONDENSATION IRRIGATION, WATER TAKING, DRYING, LOCAL HUMIDITY REGULATING FILM SOIL COVERINGS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A01G25/02

Abstract RU 2677034 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the arid climatic conditions in home gardening, horticulture, protective afforestation. Sheet water block is characterized by the fact that, due to the sheet (average 2.5×1.8 m) dimensional amenities and the block attachments, mainly of molding and roll-film manufacturing, systems of micro-basins, micro-rollers, runoff strips, drainage, planting, ventilation holes, condensation and barrier devices, distribute the precipitation and film condensation waters mainly along the rooting horizon. Regulating the water flow by the structures moisture balance isolation, the micro-basins order areas ratio, the runoff strips width, parts dimensions serial gradations. Film soil coatings assembly is carried out in a row manner by means of inter block coatings strips, the rows are oriented relative to the section-wise slope vectors, micro-rollers and barrier devices are placed diagonally and frame-wise. In the cultivation of woods, mostly tall plants (gardens, forest belts), areal soils film coatings are combined with the inter-row spans. For the of herbaceous plants cultivation, such as vegetable crops, and the perennials laying, the planting seats are combined with the water drainage holes. In order to increase the survival rate of plantings in dry conditions and to provide moisture for close-fitting plantings, the coatings are performed linearly with blocks of moisture input gains. For the small-stemmed plants and planting materials (cuttings, seedlings, seedlings) small-scale cultivation, the orifice units are made linearly folded in combination with cross-inclined run-off strips. Under conditions of excessive and bog wetting, a part of the film soil coating precipitation water is taken by means of block section-wise drainage strips. In areas of significant daily temperature fluctuations, water blocks are manufactured by combinations of block-wise film coating vapor condensation and one-way grid distribution webs. Roll-film and plate-folding water blocks execution is distinguished by the rifled sheets and holes, the tooling parts attachment, the folding, the frame-directed barrier of the folding, the holes and holes stud-nail-plank trimming. Block cores film bodies materials are mainly black and transparent plastics, in proportion to the strength and stiffness, with a thickness of, for example, 0.05–0.3 mm.

EFFECT: such water blocks execution will allow to reduce water losses and labor costs.
