SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for cooling and/or heating and is universal and can be used as a material for the manufacture of clothing, as a covering, protective material, as a material covering the walls, floors, ceilings, as insulation and/or as a cooling material. Technical result is achieved by using flexible semiconductors connected in series, an energy source, as well as contacts made of various materials that change their properties (in particular, resistance) depending on the ambient temperature.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention consists in creating a material capable of cooling or heating objects covered with it automatically with the possibility of using this material in various fields of science and technology.
