Atmospheric disc-shaped aircraft includes located in one plane or one above the other the vertical flight opposite rotation propellers with equal working area, the horizontal flight propeller, energy source and safety systems, including the parachutes. Disc-shaped aircraft has the ability of the separate vertical flight propellers braking for the purpose of turning, vertical air flow partial overlapping with curtains for the purpose of horizontal stabilization and the horizontal air flow redirection for the purpose of reversing. Energy source can be the gas generator, fuel cells, batteries. Disc-shaped aircraft body can be covered with solar panels for the additional electric energy generation.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the aircraft maneuverability and stabilization.
