SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to the drained wound bags for secretions of the human body. Bag contains: adhesive plate containing an inlet for secretions; front wall and back wall of flexible sheet material, which form a cavity between them and which form a neck-like part extending downwardly ending in an outlet; first and second plate elements. First and second plate elements comprise at least a first edge portion and a second edge portion, the first plate element is attached to the front wall and the second plate element is attached to the rear wall, the first edge of the first plate element and the first edge of the second plate element face each other and the said outlet opening passes between said edges. In this case, the first and second plates are rotatable by 180° around the first edge of the front and rear walls, the first and second plates are non-adhesive, and the second edge portion of the plate elements has a length that extends beyond the width of the outlet.

EFFECT: drained bags are proposed.
