SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a waste disposal device designed to remove smelling waste, such as diapers and bedding. The waste disposal device contains a container with a hole at the upper end. The container defines an internal cavity accessible through the opening, and a means of interacting with the bag in the area of the opening, made with the possibility of keeping the bag open in the area of the opening of the container with the closed end of the bag passing in the inner cavity. The waste disposal device includes two doors connected to the container with the possibility of turning to open and close access through the opening and made with the possibility of overlapping the part of the bag passing between them. In this case, the doors are made with the possibility of rotation from the closed position, in which the doors converge to close access through the opening, to the first rotated position, in which the doors are rotated from the inner cavity. Moreover, at least one of the doors is made with the possibility of turning into a second rotated position in the direction of the inner cavity. The device also includes a drive mechanism functionally connected to at least one of the doors to shift at least one of the doors to the closed position.

EFFECT: creating a device for hiding odors, which has a simple design and which can provide the possibility of opening it by means of a pedal.
