FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials and can be applied in the manufacture of products made of reinforced concrete, in particular the crystallization of concrete using electrostatic and magnetic effects. Method of improving the quality of building structures includes placing the concrete mix in the formwork and processing the concrete mix in a magnetic circuit under the influence of an alternating magnetic field of the required intensity. Steel formwork is used as well. Processing is carried out by combining the process of autoclaving a concrete mix with simultaneous exposure to it with an alternating magnetic field of intensity H=1×104÷2.5×104 A/m, having a frequency of 10÷20 Hz, and pulsed electrostatic field. Impact of these fields is carried out on the molded product without removing it from the formwork. Electrodes are implanted into the formwork, which are sources of the electrostatic field.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the operational characteristics of reinforced concrete and silicate concrete products through the use of electromagnetic activation, including the strength of the product during bending and compression deformations, and also increase in frost resistance of designs and productivity of the manufacturing process.
